Marquardt presents a new cell module controller for real-time monitoring of battery cells.

Marquardt has introduced the new Cell Module Controller (CMC), which monitors each individual battery cell in real-time. The CMC is compatible with various battery chemistries and form factors and is available immediately. It will be presented at the Battery Show in Stuttgart. The CMC monitors the cells, collects data, and helps to optimize the battery and protect it from failure. It is suitable for mobile and stationary battery systems. Marquardt is working on wireless variants to improve flexibility and installation efficiency. The CMC is part of a battery management system and contributes to the safety and longevity of the battery.
